Yes, I talk to my Teddy Bear
despite people laughing at me,
calling me nuts,
or dusting me off in disgust.

This lifeless thing is a temporary cure,
but they would never understand.
A cure that keeps me company
as those soul-less eyes are surprisingly allure.

But, I can stop talking to my Teddy Bear,
the day I wind up feeling alone.
The day they stop leaving me
and show me that they actually care.

Loneliness can be a curse at times. Especially for people who lived alone during the lockdown period. In such scenarios, people are completely cut-off from the outside world which pushes them to the brim of depression, leading to yet another suicide. Therefore, keeping close contact with your family is the smartest thing you can ever do.
