I am a teacher myself and could clearly see the implications of your rules. Every rule was keeping the children in mind. Very nice.

The fact when you asked children to resolve their issues outside the classroom, reminded me a recent workshop we attended of Trevor McKenzie. He too has this same personal dedication towards each student. His rules too were unique and his way of functioning different like yours.

Obviously, going on a new track is not easy but you did take risks and it paid off. Amazing.
