The social stratas have been prevalent since ages now and have continued till date. Things are slowly changing. Like for e.g. a security guard's son is becoming an IAS officer or a cleaner's daughter is becoming a mechanical engineer.
These people are slowly changing how the lowest strata of people are viewed. But it is going to take a lot of time for some people to view these people as humans and give them the rights they deserve.
I believe this will be the key to reducing crime rates drastically. The more the gap between the rich and the poor, the more devastating the impact.
