Oh my, this was such a touching story. I could relate to you on so many levels today. One, as a teacher and second not fond of reading, especially, non- fiction. I am also working on reading and getting better. I have been doing this since a while now but realized what it was with your story. The fact is I have accepted myself and taking small steps to progress further. I hate reading but I have improved a lot in that. I am so glad that I read this.
