I Saw an Itchy-Witchy Last Night

The scary part was that she resembled humans

I was treading on a road
late at night
Lonely, chilled, and eerie
the air around moved tight

I walked fast
as my legs could take
I wanted to reach home
only before passing the —
‘Creepy ol’ lake’

I had hardly reached its edge
when I saw a devious figure
She itched her hair with all her might
A scene even the hells dreaded at sight

Thank god the Itchy Witchy was
busy with her itching.
She barely noticed me behind
her chubby dinner escaping.
